Lily Allen Says Something Halfway Intelligent

Normally Lily Allen is one of those celebs that confounds me. As in, how come I liked her disc so much but find her to be kind of an ass? How does that work? Anyway, the newly pregnant Ms. Allen the newest Harrods sale the other morning and was asked about whether or not she would design maternity clothes as part of her clothing line. Nope. Lily said that “my demographic is generally young girls. I don’t think a maternity line is particularly suitable.” Wow. Ain’t that a kick in the head? Was this a ventriloquism-type thing in which she was moving her lips and a clever PR person had some sort of speaker hidden in Lily’s bra or something? I wouldn’t expect something thoughtful from her.

Her album’s all about wishing ill on people, drinking and getting in fights at clubs! I guess a fetus ups your IQ sometimes.
