Christina Aguilera becomes a mother
Christina Aguilera and her husband Jordan Bratman welcomed their first child in Los Angeles yesterday.
The singer gave birth at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where socialite Nicole Richie also delivered a child on Friday.
A text message was reportedly sent to the couple’s family and friends at 4pm yesterday, which read: “Baby has arrived. Mom and dad are doing well.”
No further details have been released and the sex of the child is currently unknown, though unconfirmed rumours suggested that Aguilera was expecting a baby boy after her pregnancy was announced last year.
